Samways (Bohlin), Susan.  Born 4/10/47.  Died 7/6/10.  

Susan Lee (Samways) Bohlin, 63, went to be with her Savior on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.

Susan was born to Harold and Roberta Samways on April 10, 1947, in Brockton, Mass.

She graduated from Denfeld High School in 1966. Susan attended college and graduated as an occupational therapist assistant. She married M. Wayne Bohlin September 19, 1969.

Susan was a member of the Salvation Army where she was a very active volunteer. She worked at View Crest Nursing Home as a nurse’s aide and later at Superior View Apartments (ASI) where she worked as a personal care attendant. Besides enjoying time with her family and her coffee drinking friends and neighbors, she was an avid gardener, and talented artist at stained glass, scrapbooking and many other creative hobbies. She also enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and her furry friends.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Roberta Samways.

Susan is survived by her husband M. Wayne Bohlin; her son Donald (Jamie); her daughter Danielle; and grandchildren Joshua, Sophia, Caden, and Ella; step-mother Darlene Samways; and her brothers, Harold (Linda) Samways, Floyd (Susan) Samways, Randy (Pamela) Samways; and sisters, Bobbie (Dennis) Hurmi and Linda (Garth) Stoneburner; her extended Bohlin family and many nieces and nephews.
