Netzel, Richard.  Born 10/09/47.  Died 9/26/89.

Richard G. Netzel, 41, died in his home. A lifelong Duluth resident, he was a Duluth police officer for the past 19 years. He was a member of Midwest Street Machine Association. He is survived by a close friend, Sharon Royer; two sons, Rick and Tony, both of Duluth; a daughter, Amber of Phoenix, Ariz.; two brothers, James and Steven, both of Duluth; and two sisters, Carol Oling and Donna Harris, both of Two Harbors.
